You guys!  I went grocery shopping and bought tons of healthy snack items.  When I got home, I cleaned out my pantry and fridge of unhealthy foods.  (For the most part, some ice cream make it through).  And, I have prepared parfaits for breakfast for the week.  Did you see that?!  For the week!! Not to mention, I made my lunch for tomorrow.  Already.  I haven’t even thought about eating dinner yet (although I do have some boiled peanuts going on the stove).

If I can keep this good behavior up, who knows what I will accomplish?
