It’s baaaaack! I forgot how much I loved sharing these and I’m on break right now so I’m delusional and think I’ll have tons of time to look up stuff on the interwebz and for blogging after break is over.

I freaking love a good gnome. And these are adorable. I have one in my yard, but he fell over and was rained on and he kind of looks like a nightmare now. But I still love ’em.

This ring and I are made to be together. For reals, ya’ll.

I would love to have one of these, but I believe it involves keeping a plant alive, and I just can’t do that. I’ve tried, but I know it will die. Maybe just to prove a point, but it will!

Have you seen this? Dashing is an online only magazine that is just amazing. If you like Bust, you’ll love this, too. I have fallen in love with it. And you can download some kind of iPad app (I don’t know because I don’t have one) to read it like that. And I think you can print it out if you’re now down with reading it on the screen.

Jessica Singh is an amazing illustrator. Check out her website. It’s amazing. FIN.

Hullo all!  I hope you had a lovely week and are going into a lovely weekend.  I have a lot of homework and library time (part of the assignment is to go to the actual library and check out actual books!) coming up.  And a little scheduled fun.

This is hilarious.

Might be my next knitting project (if I ever finish my current one).

This infographic rocks my face off!

Beautiful!!

Have a great weekend!  It’s October, so it’s hard to be in a bad mood :)

Welcome to another addition of BSTW!  I hope you all had a wonderful week and enjoy the list I’ve compiled below.  I especially like this week (not that I’ve never not liked a week, I mean, it is the best stuff.)

This is so cute!  I don’t think I would ever take the time to knit it, but it’s awesome someone did.

This picture is creepy.  Yet, awesome.  Seriously, the nerve on these people.

Get creative and waste time on the internet!

This picture from Bonnie Rue is so cool!

A classmate of time designed this awesome chair.  I saw it yesterday and I just want to swing in it (but I don’t think I’m allowed).

Have a lovely weekend.  I will be enjoying my last 2 days of freedom before school starts back :)

Since finishing my critique (now I can breathe), I watched the entirety of  Game of Thrones in 24 hours (that’s 10 hours of viewing, people) and knitted, hung out with a friend and her son (such a cute little boy!) and am visiting family.  It’s so nice to have a little bit of a life again for a couple of weeks :)

If you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t seen this, the opening sequence to Game of Thrones is unbelievable! (And the music is awesome as well!)

Love this illustrator, Miss Gemma Correll!

This beautiful embroidery!  I love the design.  You may get the kit here.

These zombie engagement photos.  As seen on Miss Iris’s blog.

This is the most awesome passive agressive note ever.  Like, seriously.

This beautiful ring.

Have a great weekend!

It’s been a long time since I’ve had time to think about, much less post, a Best Stuff This Week.  Even though it’s a day late, I wanted to share these gems I found in the past month or so.

This video is kind of awesome and kind of creepy.

The lovely lady over at Minimalist Knitter is knitting square for charity and this is a lovely project for any knitter to get involved in.  Read more about it here.  I mentioned it to my mom, she’s learning to knit, and thought it would be a nice project for us to do together, but for the time being, she’s really intent on finishing her first scarf.

I had some other things, but by now they are old news.  Have a great weekend!

It’s that time of the week again, Friday!!!!  Which, doesn’t feel like it for me because I have to work tomorrow, but I can still participate a little in the celebration (as long as I get to bed at a reasonable time).  Here is the best stuff this week:

I love this picture!  I’m partial to glitter and glitter eye liner.

Have you seen The Burning House? It’s amazing. Pictures of what people would take in the case of a fire. I love that Clara chose gum.  Something I would probably do.

Photoshoot beautifully styled by my Atlanta friend and fellow blogger, Lar.  She’s so talented!

Have a great weekend!

The week has once again come to a close.  I feel like I was able to have a nicer attitude this week.  Not to mention I’m sucked into the infatuation vortex, so that always helps.  (It’s really like a vortex swirl and being high all in one, intense).  So, without further ado, here are some of the lovely things floating around the internet…

These rings are awesome!!

This post and the spread are awesome!

Um..awesomeness

Can you believe these are soap?!  I really want to eat one.

The lovlies over at My Potholes are so creative!  This one is my fav

Hope you enjoyed in and have a wonderful day!

This was a good week, although it was hot.  Very hot.  Like, over 100 hot in the lovely ATL.  Even though the week was a good one, I have been complain-y.  About the weather, the drive from my parrents’ house to everything else in my life, how fat I feel (I’m not looking for sympathy, just sayin’ I feel fat), what I have to do this weekend, the weather.  Then, I hung out with some friends last night and they were talking about gratitude and being grateful for their lives and what they have and all of that good stuff.  So, this coming week (starting today) I’m going to work for “An Attitude of Gratitude.”  It’s going to be great :)

This lovely tutorial by Katrina.  She’s awesome.  And so is this knowledge.

Um….this is awesome.  My mom knew about it, how did I not know?!  I have the eye makeup primer and it works like a miracle, so I imagine this is the same.

Have a wonderful weekend!

So.  First week of break has come to a close.  I gotta tell you guys, I’m totally over it.  Break, that is.  It’s boring.  I really, really hate to be bored.  I don’t have any definite things to do.  Makes a girl feel a little depressed.  I have been knitting up a storm and working on some homework (yes, my department head gave me homework…hrumph).  It’s funny, all quarter long I can’t wait until break and now that it’s here I can’t wait until it’s over.  The grass is always greener.

First up this week, this amazing video (don’t worry, it’s a 3D [kind of] cartoon thingy, not an interview) focusing on the last 50 years of Amnesty International.  It’s very moving.  And pretty short.  If you miss out on it…I don’t know.  Something bad.  Like, bad karma.

These amazing tattoos (there is a whole photo album if you click the source link).  Even though they like a little like a bear mauling.

OMG, this artist!!

Hahahahahahahahahahaha

I actually don’t drink, but I think I need this anyway.  It looks like it doesn’t open bottles very effectively anyway.

{source}

I love this, it’s awesome.

{source}

I want this.  Next time I have a room that is actually mine, I might just put this up.

They look like candy!!
